The Role: As a Dental Assistant, you are the right hand of our doctors, the calming presence for our patients, and the organizational force behind a smooth-running clinical team. You ensure treatments are performed efficiently, patients feel comfortable, and the practice operates at its best.

Your role is essential, and here’s why:

• Be the Doctor’s Right Hand – Anticipate the needs of the dentist during procedures, assist with instruments, and maintain precision in a fast-paced environment.
• Create a Calm & Confident Patient Experience – Educate patients, ease anxieties, and ensure they fully understand their treatments.
• Maintain Clinical Excellence – Follow top-tier sterilization and infection control protocols, ensuring a pristine and compliant workspace.
• Master Digital Dentistry – Capture clear X-rays, take digital impressions, and assist with the latest dental technology.
• Optimize Workflows – Manage inventory, track lab cases, and ensure every room is prepared before the next patient walks in.

The Hours: Monday – Thursday: 6:15 AM – 3:45 PM Friday: 6:15 AM – 2:00 PM

This schedule is for those who thrive in a structured, high-energy environment, love early starts, and appreciate work-life balance with free afternoons.

What You Bring:

• Experience as a Dental Assistant (CDA/RDA preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in chairside assisting, taking X-rays, and managing patient flow.
• Strong communication skills—you know how to educate, reassure, and connect with patients.
• Ability to navigate dental software (Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend a plus!).
• A proactive mindset—you anticipate needs before they arise and take initiative.
• A passion for patient care—you understand that every appointment is an opportunity to build trust and improve someone’s health.
