As we prepare for our busy summer to fall period, we're looking for a dynamic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our enthusiastic team. This position is part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time role and is temporary with the possibility for permanent placement based on performance and fit. We are also open to considering Dental Assistants with a coronal polishing license for this role.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Dental Hygienist who thrives in a pediatric setting and is eager to contribute to our lively and dynamic team. This part-time role will help us during the summer to fall rush, with the chance to transition into a full-time position. Dental Assistants with a coronal polishing license are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough cleanings and examinations, ensuring our young patients leave with sparkling smiles.

- Educate children and their parents on proper oral hygiene practices in a fun and engaging manner.

- Assist our dentists with pediatric treatments and procedures, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every child.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sterilization protocols.

- Bring your enthusiasm and creativity to the team, helping to make each visit enjoyable and stress-free for our patients.

Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license, or a coronal polishing license for Dental Assistants.

- Prior experience in a pediatric dental setting is a plus.

- A passion for working with children and creating a positive dental experience.

- Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

- Ability to work part-time with a schedule of:

    - Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 5 pm

    - Friday: 8 am - 1 pm

    - Daily lunch break from 1 pm to 2 pm.

    - Flexibility to transition into a full-time role as needed.

Compensation:

- TBD based on certification and experience.
