Schedule: Monday–Tuesday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Wednesday - Thursday 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

Closed: Friday

A well-established pediatric dental practice in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a high-performing clinical team.

This practice is known for providing a positive, patient-focused experience for children and families, supported by efficient systems and a strong team dynamic. The role is structured, fast-paced, and designed for hygienists who value consistency, teamwork, and high-quality preventive care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, prophylaxis, scaling, and polishing
• Conduct periodontal assessments and charting
• Take digital radiographs (X-rays)
• Provide patient and parent education on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Work with pediatric patients in a calm, supportive, and engaging manner
• Assist dentists during exams and clearly communicate findings
• Maintain accurate patient records using dental software
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
• Support clinical efficiency and maintain schedule flow throughout the day

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred but not required
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to stay on schedule in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software preferred

Compensation & Schedule
