Position Highlights:

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
  • Compensation: 33.3% of collections (no base salary); realistic earning potential over $200,000 annually
  • Location: Northeastern Pennsylvania – friendly, tight-knit town with a great reputation

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures, from preventive care to complex restorations
  • Diagnose and treatment plan with clinical autonomy and integrity
  • Educate patients and build strong, lasting relationships based on trust and care
  • Collaborate with a skilled team of hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
  • Maintain a high standard of ethics, communication, and patient satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

  • DMD or DDS degree with a valid PA dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • General dentistry experience (new grads encouraged to apply)
  • Confidence in diagnosing and presenting treatment plans
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset
  • Desire for long-term growth within a stable and respected team
