Join Our Team: Associate Dentist – Northeastern Pennsylvania

At this practice, we don’t just treat teeth—we build trust, confidence, and long-term relationships.

We’re not looking for someone to simply fill a schedule. We need a motivated, skilled provider who sees every exam, every filling, and every conversation as a chance to deliver truly exceptional care.

This isn’t just a job—it’s a long-term opportunity to grow, lead, and thrive in a high-performing environment.

The Role:

As an Associate Dentist, you’ll join a well-established, privately owned practice with a full schedule, experienced team, and modern technology. You’ll have autonomy in your clinical decision-making, support tailored to your work style, and a patient base that values high-quality care.

You’ll have the systems and structure to do your best work—without burnout.

Your Mission:

  • Deliver Clinical Excellence – From preventive care to complex restorative procedures, you’ll provide dentistry that’s efficient, ethical, and patient-centered.
  • Build Lasting Relationships – You’ll take the time to understand patients’ needs, educate them on treatment options, and foster long-term trust.
  • Collaborate & Elevate – You’ll work with a skilled, motivated team that values professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Maximize Your Growth – With a consistent patient flow, clear clinical expectations, and strong internal systems, your earning potential is in your hands.

What We Offer:

  • Compensation: 33.3% of collections with no base salary; realistic earning potential from $200,000 over annually
  • Schedule: Full-time — Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM — no nights or weekends
  • Technology: Fully digital office featuring cone beam CT, CEREC, intraoral scanners, and modern operatories
  • Support: Experienced team including expanded function dental assistants and three full-time hygienists, allowing you to focus on dentistry
  • Mentorship: Learn directly from Dr. with a 27-year clinician and implant dentistry educator
  • Continuing Education: $1,000 annual CE allowance to support your growth and development
  • Environment: Family-owned, well-established private practice with a respected reputation in a close-knit, "Americana" town community

What You Bring:

  • Experience in general dentistry (new grads welcome to apply)
  • A strong work ethic and patient-focused mindset
  • Confidence in diagnosing and treatment planning
  • A desire to grow within a stable, high-quality team

Why This Role Matters:

This is your chance to build something meaningful. To do dentistry the right way. To be part of a practice that invests in people—not quotas. Whether you're just starting out or looking for a better fit, this role offers the foundation for long-term success.
