A high-performing, referral-driven endodontic practice in Atlanta is seeking a skilled and motivated Endodontist to join an established and growing clinical team.

This is a full-time opportunity for a provider who values clinical excellence, efficiency, and a structured, high-production environment. The incoming Endodontist will step into a consistent flow of patients supported by an experienced team and systems designed to optimize both clinical outcomes and daily workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat endodontic conditions, including root canal therapy and retreatments
• Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Maintain high standards of clinical care and patient communication
• Work efficiently within a structured schedule
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless patient experience

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program
• Active Georgia dental license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Ability to perform efficiently in a referral-based environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
