This privately owned pediatric dental practice in Chattanooga, Tennessee is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join a growing, patient-focused team. The practice is built around delivering high-quality pediatric dental care in a welcoming, child-friendly environment while maintaining strong clinical standards and efficient systems.

The office has an established patient base, a supportive clinical and administrative team, and a leadership style that values collaboration, communication, and long-term relationships. The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a Pediatric Dentist who is passionate about pediatric dentistry, enjoys working with children and families, and wants to grow alongside a developing practice. The Pediatric Dentist will have the opportunity to step into a steady patient flow with a committed support staff, allowing focus on clinical care rather than administrative burden. Both full-time and part-time schedules may be considered based on experience and availability.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing comprehensive pediatric dental care, including preventive, restorative, and minor surgical procedures
  • Developing and presenting treatment plans to parents and caregivers with clarity and confidence
  • Delivering care in a manner that helps children feel comfortable, calm, and supported
  • Collaborating closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and compliance with all regulations
  • Contributing to a positive team culture and helping support practice growth


Who We’re Looking For

Please consider this opportunity if:

  • You are a licensed Pediatric Dentist in the state of Tennessee (or able to obtain licensure)
  • You have completed an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
  • You are board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Dentistry
  • You enjoy working in a clinically focused, patient-first pediatric practice
  • You are confident developing and executing treatment plans independently
